Products from the MOODS collection can only be shipped to Belgium, the Netherlands & Luxemburg. The home fragrance items are not available online at the moment.

A track & trace code will be sent to you by email once your package has left our warehouse. This tracking code will allow you to follow your package.

Orders can be canceled before shipment. In case you have not yet received a confirmation of shipment by email, it is still possible to cancel. Please contact our customer service at moods@cookware-co.com (mentioning in the email subject ‘Cancel order’ and your order number).

Please contact our customer service at moods@cookware-co.com (mentioning in the email subject ‘Return order’ and your order number). They will assist you. We only accept returns within 14 days after the order was placed.

Product registration

You can register your electricals here. Other products (tableware, glassware) cannot be registered.

Tableware

MOODS tableware is dishwasher safe. Slight loss in gloss and/or color can occur with regular dishwasher usage. Stubborn stains can be removed with a mild cream cleaner or magic eraser. Wash the ceramic article with hot soapy water before first use.

Yes, MOODS tableware is microwave safe. However, any ceramic article can be damaged if exposed to sudden temperature changes. Therefore, avoid moving the tableware directly from the fridge to the microwave. Placing ceramic tableware in the microwave empty may result in damage to the tableware, as well as to the microwave. Do not expose the article directly to a heat source.

MOODS tableware is not safe to use in extreme temperatures. Please refrain from placing MOODS tableware in the freezer or the oven.

Variations in articles’ tonalities might occur. Slight inconsistencies in color are normal.

Cookware

This white haze certainly doesn't hurt. The white haze can occur due to the use of the dishwasher. Wash the casserole by hand.

Accidentally consuming particles of the coating from the pan is not damaging to your health.

An induction hob's coil needs a minimum surface area in order to switch on. That's why it is important that the base of the pan is the same size as the cooking zone. If the zone used is too big for the pan, the hob may not be able to locate the pan and won't switch on.
